Our Teachers

Children spend more than 8 hours a day in our childcare centre with our teachers, more so than with their families. We not only pay attention to the personal quality and working ability of teachers, but also focus on the relationship between teachers and children. We attach great importance to the emotional connection between teachers and children, and employ caring, responsible, and patient teachers to give children a sense of security and belonging, so that they can feel at ease and comfortable in our centre, just like at home.

ELFi teachers should not only have the corresponding qualifications, but also meet the unique and higher standards of ELFi. ELFi teachers must have seven qualities, they are：

We will provide teachers with comprehensive training on ELFi education philosophy, professional quality, values, curriculum system, teaching methods and so on.In our education system, a teacher is not a nanny, nor a disseminator of knowledge, but a co-learner, co-explorer, co-builder and a co-imaginer who grows up with children. In our interactive partner teaching practice, teachers will inspire children's curiosity and thirst for knowledge, motivate children's every effort and attempt. 

Teachers will cultivate children's ten capacities with Constructivist, Integrated and Interdisciplinary Teaching Method, Inquiry Based Learning and Project Based Learning Method.
