Appreciation

We believe that every child is unique. With the recognition of each child’s distinctiveness, we treat them correspondingly and adapt to their personal needs. We value each child's personality and characteristics, appreciate their diversity while encouraging children to do their best. We also appreciate each teacher in the same way, so that they can flourish at ELFi.

Respect

We respect children's interests, personality, and growth rhythm. We believe that children's growth is like the blooming of a plant, involving different characteristics of varying flowering periods. We strive to make every child receive a fair and equitable treatment. In the same way, we respect each teacher so that they can fully exert their creativity.

Encouragement

If one thing is not completed fully, it does not mean that the child is lacking, rather that it takes a little more time and effort. We do not praise the child's better performance, but the process of encouraging the child to work hard and persevere. We acknowledge children may have mishaps. Therefore, we use the Growth Mindset concept to consider individual differences of children while encouraging them to learn from their mistakes and grow throughout their progress. Teachers also receive the same encouragement, and we support our teachers to make progress as well.

Principles

A sense that orders and rules will affect a person's success and happiness. We cultivate children's rule awareness from a young age and help them develop good behavioural habits. The same rules and requirements apply to our teachers as well, and ELFi teachers are always the model for children's behaviour.

Exceeding expectation

Whether it is adults or children, we encourage everyone to set higher goals, do the best of their ability, and be their best self at ELFi!
